Parent Help

Parents are more than welcome to express an interest in helping in the class. There are many ways you can help (some of which can be done from home). A roster is made for those who wish to help in the classroom during writing, maths and reading times. If you have  pre-schoolers you might like to arrange with another parent to do alternate weeks of helping and child-minding. However, there are other options such as helping by pasting in books, ruling up books, typing children's stories etc all of which can be done at home. It is always helpful to have reading books shelved in the book room or you can check the "Helping Hands" box where there will be quick jobs you could do at the start or end of the school day.
